| With the continuous improvement of information technology and artificial intelligence technology,smart manufacturing has developed rapidly,and the smart home appliance market is also growing rapidly,which has attracted many traditional home appliance companies and Internet companies.In 2017,the market size of China’s smart home appliance industry reached 282.8 billion yuan,an increase of 3.75% year-on-year,and even continued to increase,resulting in fierce competition in the smart home appliance market.The development of smart home appliance manufacturers faces enormous opportunities and challenges.On the one hand,the increase in user demand has brought huge profits to the manufacturers;on the other hand,the influx of enterprises that produce smart home appliances on a large scale has put forward higher requirements for the personalization of each manufacturer’s home appliances.The satisfaction evaluation of users purchasing smart home appliances is the information that current manufacturers hope to obtain in time.If the manufacturer can regularly monitor the user satisfaction,and clarify the user’s satisfaction with different types of smart home appliances,the factors of concern and the relationship between the factors,will undoubtedly enhance their brand competitiveness.This article takes the textual comments of smart home appliances users of different types of functions such as household essentials,kitchen supplies,leisure and entertainment,and intelligent security as the research data in Jingdong Mall.The following three aspects are studied: First,the review data Descriptive statistical analysis to understand the basic situation of the smart home appliance industry;Second,use the LDA theme model to determine the evaluation indicators and quantify the reviews to obtain the structured data needed for subsequent modeling;third,establish a BP neural network model and The Bayesian network model studies the satisfaction of different functional smart home appliances,clarifies the correlation between the most valued indicators and various indicators,analyzes some existing problems,and provides suggestions for manufacturers.The research finds that the Bayesian network model is more suitable for building the satisfaction evaluation of smart home appliances.The satisfaction evaluation model can be used to regularly monitor the user’s satisfaction with each category of smart home appliances,and to understand the factors that users value most at each stage.To determine the correlation between the factors.At the same time,it is also found that users have different rankings of the importance of satisfaction evaluation indicators for smart appliances with different functions,and the correlation among various factors is also different.The satisfaction of users with household essentials and kitchen appliances depends mainly on their brand,distribution and appearance.For leisure and entertainment and smart security appliances,operability,performance and installation are more important.According to the research results,the smart home appliance manufacturers are advised to update the satisfaction evaluation model regularly for precise marketing,and to produce high-intelligent home appliances for the smart appliances with different functions. |
