Currently,the maintenance of power distribution equipment is widely used in the planned maintenance model,but the periodic plan maintenance will lead to under-maintenance,which not only cause the damage of equipment,but also influence the reliable and stable operation of the power grid.In addition,the periodic plan maintenance will cause over-maintenance,resulting in unnecessary power failure,consuming huge manpower and material resources,and reducing labor productivity.Condition Based Maintenance(CBM),which is based on the practical operation of the current equipment,utilizing computer networks and communication technology via the state of the means of monitoring to make comparative analysis for the historical status of equipment,the current situation and the running state of similar equipment.Condition Based Maintenance also can identify the equipment anomalies,the early signs of equipment failure,and the severity and development tendency of trouble location,in order to make sure the best time before the failure occurred.In the research and analysis of related research status at home and abroad,screening the important power distribution equipment which needs to be evaluated from a wide range of distribution equipments,analyzing the state quantity involved in these power distribution equipment,and selecting the key state quantities which have the direct impact on their health status,studying on the key state of the equipment integrated monitoring methods,multi-state quantity integrated sensor monitoring device suite,and the deployment of monitoring device kits on different power distribution equipment.Based on the application of passive surface acoustic wave(SAW)technology,the paper studies the sensing and measuring technology in the on-line monitoring of power distribution equipment,and the passive surface temperature acquis ition based on SAW,and develops the on-line monitoring device of power distribution equipment.Concerning important distribution equipments,such as the switch cabinet and cable,to study the non-equipment status information such as running environment information and equipment inspection information,to excavate its influence relationship with the equipment health state,the comprehensive evaluation criterion of the equipment state,the inspection state and the environment state can be established.Based on the historical data and the fault analysis results,the mapping relationship between the critical state quantity and the health state level of the equipment is analyzed,the state evaluation standard of the important power distribution equipment can be put forward,and the comprehensive evaluation system of the distribution equipment status can be constructed.And it can be used to guide the distribution equipment condition monitoring,the appraisal and the overhaul.Through the research and application of the project,it is very important to promote the condition monitoring,evaluation and overhaul of power distribution equipment,to improve the equipment health level,to ensure the safe and reliable operation of power grid.
