In recent years,China's smart power grid has developed rapidly,and the safe and stable operation of the power system is related to the healthy development of the national economy and the stable life of the people.With the development of condition monitoring technology,there are more and more types of state monitoring and advanced monitoring methods for power equipment.At the current stage of the development of the smart grid,how to establish smart substation information monitoring in the substation link and achieve comprehensive monitoring of substation equipment management and operation status has attracted widespread attention.In order to solve the problems existing in the current power equipment condition monitoring system,this paper uses infrared thermal imaging technology,modern communication technology and information processing technology to design and complete the online monitoring system of the substation power equipment condition.The system realizes the real-time monitoring of the status of the substation equipment and the operating environment,provides auxiliary support for the operation and maintenance of the substation,and improves the operation management level of the smart substation.The main research contents are as follows:First,Based on the analysis of the online monitoring project of the main power equipment of the substation,in order to realize the real-time monitoring of the temperature status of the power equipment and the smoke and temperature and humidity environment of the substation,a state monitoring system for the power equipment of the substation was designed,and the feasibility and advancement of the system were verified through the analysis.Second,Aiming at the technical problems in the traditional power equipment temperature status monitoring method,an online infrared thermal imager is selected to collect the temperature data of the monitored power equipment in real time.The wireless transmission method is used to send real-time temperature information to the monitoring background,and an infrared thermal imaging online monitoring system is designed around the front-end data acquisition system,transmission network,background data processing and display module.Third,Through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of each image processing algorithm,median filtering method is used to reduce noise,image contrast is enhanced based on gray stretching,and image edge detection is implemented based on canny operator.The infrared image processing interface of power equipment is designed by Matlab programming to realize the infrared thermal image display,infrared image gray scale conversion,infrared image processing and temperature reading functions,so as to grasp the operating status of the equipment.Finally,In view of the difficulties of the infrared online monitoring system in the monitoring of closed power equipment,the advantages and disadvantages of various wireless communication technologies are comprehensively compared,and the LoRa wireless communication technology was selected to realize the real-time monitoring of partial discharge of power equipment and the smoke,temperature and humidity status of substations.Based on the hardware circuits of the sensor acquisition module,LoRa wireless communication module,microprocessor module and power module,an on-line monitoring system based on LoRa is designed,and the communication networking experiments between multiple nodes are used to verify the rationality and feasibility of the design.
