| The digital substation is based on IEC61850 communication specification,the electronic transformer and intelligent equipment,network construction of two layered equipment can make all kinds of intelligent electrical equipment in substation to realize information sharing and interoperability of the modernization of substation.In the development of digital substation,the factory inspection items,methods and standards are not unified,but there is not a complete overhaul specification.How to standardize the inspection items,methods,technical indicators,technical standards,to ensure the quality of inspection and maintenance of various types of equipment will become the problem faced by the field technical personnel.This paper studies the structure system,the standard,the specific equipment structure,function and characteristics of the digital substation based on the IEC61850 communication standard.The combination of Huaian city in Jiangsu province's first digital substation 110 k V South substation,the typical defects of equipment failure,in-depth analysis,macroscopic law relationship between faults and the development process of the study on fault,provide a theoretical basis for the development of digital electrical equipment maintenance strategy,according to the test method,the digital equipment instrument and technical standards is facing major changes from traditional type to digital type.Through the research on the maintenance strategy of electrical equipment of digital substation,the establishment of the state of digital substation equipment evaluation system,the formation of maintenance strategy,to eliminate blind spots in equipment overhaul,unified technical standards,to ensure the quality of maintenance,maintenance,inspection and provide an important basis for the development of digital substation equipment.This paper can solve the technical problems of the site maintenance personnel,and provide a powerful guarantee for the stable operation of the digital substation. |
