With the continuous development of national economy,peak load of power grid is increasing constantly.But as a result of the contradictions of industrial structure equilibrium,and the peak and trough of the grid is constantly widening,load rate further reduces,which will cause large area blackouts,so that part of the user's power needs cannot be guaranteed.But simply rely on the increase of the installed capacity to meet the growing load and transient peak electricity will lead to the annual utilization hours of power generation and transmission equipment to reduce,and power supply costs continue to rise,which is hardly conducive to the rational use of social resources.Therefore,the user side staggering peak management is needed.Begin with the demand for electricity of the user side,this paper introduces the damage caused by electric load growth and the necessity of user side staggering peak,the background and significance of this study are based on these.Then the paper puts forward the consideration of the method of mining the user side staggering peak from multi dimension.This paper briefly introduces the method of staggering peak under the traditional power grid,and details the staggering peak theory based on demand response and distributed generation under smart grid and analyze the principle,advantages,disadvantages and algorithm.By means of virtual power plant,this paper fits the multiple dimensions together,reaches a concrete proposal and establish the basic model,which helps to achieve the user side peak operation more comprehensively and meticulously.
