The development of economic bring both chance and challenge to the power system.As one of appearances of power grid pressure,the enlargement of difference between load peak and valley makes damage to reliability of power supplying,breaks the balance between power supplying and consuming,and the bigger power current in peak load period will increase the loss of power,cause the voltage instability and sometimes even voltage collapse.This paper study theory of demand side management,demonstrates the great benefit brought DSM by theory and living example data given by power enterprises.Theory of price of power is also study thoroughly,the mechanism of price demand flexibility and pricing principle of peak valley load are discussed,and the method of getting price demand flexibility matrix is given.The shortcoming of existing peak valley pricing principle is analyzed and improvement method is put forward.Theory of fuzzy set and clustering theory are also studied,and by example data of typical day load curve of a industry enterprise in Panzhihua area,peak valley periods is determined using transitive fuzzy cluster algorithm.According to the peak valley periods,peak valley pricing strategy is developed.Based on price demand flexibility matrix,the power load curve after adjustment can be predicted,and from this curve peak load an valley load can be determined.Then,using minimizing peak load and difference between peak load an valley load as object function,multiple object optimizing problem is constructed while satisfaction degree of consumer,and by induced weight coefficients,multiple optimizing problem is transformed into a linear single optimizing problem.Then optimizing tool is used to solve the problem.The simulation show the algorithm developed can optimizing load characteristics,lower the peak load and difference of peak load and valley load.
