Power industry,as the basic industry of national economy,bears more and more social responsibility,especially environmental protection and sustainable development.Nowadays,thermal power plants based on coal inevitably cause large amount of pollutant emissions,in which nitrogen oxide is the main cause of acid rain and photochemical smog.With the implementation of strict "Thermal Power Plant Air Pollutant Emission Standards",a large-scale of coal-fired denitrification system technology transformation projects have been carried out in thermal power plants.These projects have reduced the emissions of nitrogen oxides with significant environmental benefits.Thus,post-evaluation of denitrification system technological transformation is beneficial to summarize experience and provide decision support for follow-up technical renovation projects.Firstly,this paper summarized the research results of project post-evaluation,which bases on the domestic and foreign literatures,especially focusing on analyzing the environmental and social economic impact evaluation.Secondly,it introduced the denitrification system technology transformation situation and comprehensive influence of Zhungeer Power Plant in detail.According to the principle of index selection,this paper constructed the comprehensive indicator system of denitrification system technology transformation.Then combining the comprehensive evaluation theory,it established a comprehensive effects evaluation model based on Entropy and Ideal Point Method,including project management level,environmental impact and social and economic impact.Based on the appraisal conclusion and actual project situation,it finally put forward relevant recommendations about policy,management and technical aspects.This paper combined actual work experience and comprehensive evaluation methodology and carried out post-evaluation on denitrification technology transformation project of Zhungeer Power Plant.The conclusion it obtained can provide reference for similar projects and promote sustainable development with significant importance.
