With the sustained and rapid development of the economy,our demand for electricity is increasing.In order to ensure stable supply of electricity,we have planned the construction of a large number of power projects.At present, There are more and more C hina's new transmission and transformation projects.The scale of the new transmission and transformation project is also expanding and the research on the transmission and transformation project is getting deeper and deeper.Comprehensive evaluation of specific projects can not only provide the basis for the investment decision and the follow-up construction management of the project,but also provide reference for the construction of similar project.220 k V transmission and transfor mation project in west of Tangshan Fengnan aims to meet load growth and improve grid structure,optimize 110 kV network structure, improve power supply reliability.This paper takes 220 kV transmission and transformation project in west of Tangshan Fengnan as the research object.It researches evaluation index system and evaluation method of the project and carries out comprehensive evaluation of the expected construction effect of the project to provide practical basis for project investment and construction decision.Firstly, the article introduces the research background and significance of 220 kV transmission and transformation project in west of Tangshan Fengnan, summaries research status and the main innovation. The basic theory of this paper is sorted out. It analyzes each index of 220 k V transmission and transformation project in west of Tangshan Fengnan. On the basis of elaborating the basic principles of the construction of index system, it constructs comprehensive evaluation index system of 220 kV transmis sion and transformation project in west of Tangshan Fengnan from the perspective of economic evaluation index, social evaluation index and technical evaluation index. Next,it constructs comprehensive evaluation model of 220 kV transmission and transformatio n project in west of Tangshan Fengnan. Finally, it evaluates 220 k V transmission and transformation project in west of Tangshan Fengnan from three steps based on established index and model. It determines index weights by entropy weight method. On the basis of experts vote, this paper calculates the comprehensive evaluation results by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The third step is to analyze the results and make recommendations. Evaluation result shows that the project has good investment effect. The evaluation index system established in this paper is very typical and representative. All aspects of economic, social and technical aspects of the comprehensive evaluation of the transmission and transformation project can be fully considered. It can apply important indicator and factors into the evaluation index system. The comprehensive evaluation model constructed in this paper can combine the qualitative and quantitative indicators and more accurately reflect the fuzzy state of things, so as to obtain a more scientific evaluation results. That is the evaluation system and model established in this paper provide a good decision-making basis for the project decision-making.
