In order to deal with global climate change and the reliance on the fossil energy,as well as realize the sustainable development of the energy industry, the world's major developed countries have all decided to develop intelligent power as a national strategy, which sets off a global range of smart grid construction boom.Smart grid is the development trend of China's power grid.It has a strategic significance in response to climate change,to ensure energy security,to promote national industrial upgrade. At the same time,as an important energy transmission and distribution platform, both investment construction and the operation of smart grid will bring great benefit to national economy, energy production and utilization, environment, etc.Based on the papers about domestic and foreign evaluation of comprehensive benefit model, combined with the key technology of the power generation, transmission, substation and power distribution, information platform and the level of construction development,we analyze the comprehensive benefit in the three aspects of environment, economy and society. The evaluation of smart grid projects on economic and environmental benefits of the two aspects of the effect of the index system, using AHP to establish the weight of each index, and based on the fuzzy mathematics analysis method is presented to evaluate the smart grid construction project process. Finally, the paper selects photovoltaic power plant?distributed photovoltaic power generation with micro grid in Henan province and Tianjin bus charging three smart grid construction projects, using the comprehensive value of the upstream and downstream industry established analysis model and fuzzy mathematics method to comprehensively analysis of the various projects of economic, environmental and social benefits. The evaluation results show that these three projects can bring good comprehensive benefits to the upstream and downstream industries of smart grid.
