In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization in China,prefabricated building has gradually replaced the traditional cast-in-place building as the main direction of the development of the construction industry.Prefabricated building is quite different from traditional cast-in-place building in construction mode.This new construction mode mainly includes factory production components and mechanized installation,which improves the working environment of construction site.It can not only reduce the resource consumption and environmental pollution in the construction stage,but also improve labor productivity,shorten the construction cycle and improve the quality and performance of construction products.But at this stage,the development of prefabricated building is still in its infancy.Compared with developed countries such as Japan and the United States,the domestic market has developed slowly and has not yet formed a complete construction industry chain.Therefore,in-depth analysis of benefits in all aspects for prefabricated building will help to promote the development of prefabricated building.This paper elaborates the background and significance of the topic,based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars on various aspects of prefabricated building,the research content and technical route of this paper are determined;based on the comparative analysis of prefabricated building and traditional cast-in-place building,the technical characteristics of prefabricated building in design and construction stages is analyzed in detail;comprehensive analysis and evaluation of comprehensive benefits of prefabricated building.Firstly,from the construction,use,demolition and recycling stage,the main factors affecting the economic benefits of prefabricated building is analyzed.Secondly,from the perspective of "four sections and one environmental protection",the energy consumption and environmental problems of prefabricated building is studied by combining the measured data with theoretical analysis.Finally,from three aspects of production mode,product performance and related industry driving,the social benefits of prefabricated buildings are studied in depth.On this basis,according to the construction principle of the evaluation system,the comprehensive benefit index system of prefabricated building is established,the weight of the index is determined by analytic hierarchy process,and the comprehensive evaluation model and evaluation grade standard are established by variable fuzzy set theory.An engineering project is introduced for case study,and the comprehensive benefit evaluation grade of the project is obtained,which verifies the practicability and operability of the evaluation model,and provides the basis and reference for the comprehensive benefit evaluation of prefabricated building.This paper combines theory with practice,combining quantitative analysis with qualitative indicators to make a comprehensive evaluation of the economic,environmental and social benefits,which is conducive to a more comprehensive understanding of assembly building in all sectors of society,and provides new ideas for the research of prefabricated building.
