| Urban commercial sites are very important for residents’ leisure entertainment shopping and chatting,whose layout is related to residents’ daily lives.Under the background of stock development of the old area of city,it becomes to an important research topic about city construction that how to strengthen macro-control and management to keep urban commercial sites growing healthily.In recent years,there are many problems which should be solved immediately though Urban commercial sites in the old area of Ganzhou have developed more and more mature.And also with the new function given by the overall planning of metropolitan area,the old area of Ganzhou’s city main function is changing to consumption service from production.It is necessary to study commercial sites layout in the old area of Ganzhou with many influence factors.In this paper,a field survey is carried out on commercial sites in the old area of Ganzhou and geographical location information,quality and scale information are also gathered by big data.Then demographic data in every community is added to these that compose a network database.Afterwards,the global spatial auto-correlation method,coupling model on population and commercial sites layout,kernel method of ArcGIS and network analysis are applied to evaluate commercial sites layout in the old area of Ganzhou.At last,corresponding measures are come up with to optimize the layout.Based on a series of studies,it is found that there are many problems,such as irrationality of commercial space ’ s hierarchical system,shortage of community commercial center,mismatching of commercial space and population distribution,faint promotion of commerce taken by culture and tourist.In order to solve these problems,many measures are put forward,for example,intensifying present commercial centers,balancing the layout of region and community commercial centers,cultivating rising commercial centers,carrying out integration of commerce tourist and culture and so on. |
