Study On The Optimization Of Commercial Space Layout In Zhungeer Qi Central City

With the advancement of urbanization,many cities in China have been showing a different degree of imbalance of supply and demand structure,because of the blindness and disorder in the development of commercial space,ineffective oversupply,lack of effective supply,urban commercial space production capacity can't meet the personalized needs of citizens.Under the background of the supply side structural reform,a large number of new business models,new products and services are emerging,Commercial space,as a carrier of various commercial activities in the city,has become particularly important.Under the new situation,the study of commercial space is no longer limited to traditional shopping category,also extends to the transportation system,culture,entertainment,landscape ecology multi-field and multi-level urban system construction.This paper selects ZhungeerQi central city as the research object and discusses the optimization of the commercial space layout in ZhungeerQi central city during the "new normal" period.Paper on the basis of summarizing the relevant academic research results at home and abroad,from the current situation of urban commercial space characteristics,through the objective analysis of the commercial space distribution,spatial form,function,development form,and the external environment,to provide background and realistic basis for the optimization of the commercial space layout in ZhungeerQi central city.With the research of the commercial space in ZhungeerQi central city,the paper think there are some problems the commercial space in ZhungeerQi central city,such as spatial distribution,level system,the structure of the formats,space organization,environment and supporting facilities,etc.To solve the existing problems and explore the commercial system and planning layout which can adapt to social development,the paper on the basis of analyzing the influence factors and mechanism of action,determine the principle of the optimal layout,put forward the layout optimization strategy,so as to build the layout mode.Finally,put forward commercial space layout structure idea,using the method of combining quantitative and qualitative location analysis was carried out on the land,and arrange the business center of layout optimization at all levels,in order to gradually promote the reasonable arrangement and balanced development of the commercial space.
