Research On Test Method And Measurement And Control System Based On New Energy Vehicle Transmission Test Bench

The automobile industry is an important pillar industry in China,in recent years,the new energy vehicle industry has developed rapidly,more and more pure electric vehicle brands appear in people's vision.Transmission is an important component of traditional automobiles,although most of the pure electric vehicles on the market are not equipped with transmission,but after a large number of research and practice found that pure electric vehicles equipped with suitable transmission,its power and economy can be further enhanced,the pure electric vehicle transmission quality testing research work has gradually been paid attention to.Pure electric vehicles began to be equipped with transmission time is still short,due to the kinetic energy sources and engine structure differences,new energy vehicle transmission and traditional vehicle transmission there are great differences,in the transmission test system can not be directly referenced,the urgent need to develop a set of pure electric vehicle transmission test standards,Re-constructing the test bench for the transmission of new energy vehicles requires the test bench to have a more targeted structure composition and measurement and control functions to detect the quality of the transmission.Taking the DAT transmission mounted on a pure electric commercial vehicle as the test object,the composition structure and working principle are analyzed in detail,the difference between the DAT transmission and the traditional transmission,and the difference between the pure electric vehicle powertrain loaded with the DAT transmissionand other powertrain,and the key influencing factors of the performance of the DAT transmission are found.And,with reference to the test standard of the traditional transmission,a set of test standards for the transmission platform of pure electric commercial vehicles,including test projects,test methods and technical requirements.According to the test standards developed,the new measurement and control requirements and test bench technical parameters are put forward,and the overall scheme for the measurement and control system for pure electric commercial vehicles is put forward on the basis of the original transmission run-in test bench,and the design,selection and integration of the various electrical components in thecommunication module,control module,data acquisition module and power supply module of the hardware system are completed.And based on Lab VIEW to complete the design and development of the upper machine software,and finally build a new new energy vehicle transmission test bench.Select the key indicators,carry out the temperature rise test and the static twist strength test,and carry out the commissioning and inspection of the test bench.The verification results show that the measurement and control system can reflect the transmission operating condition in time and accurately under the test conditions,and the functions of the transmission test bench of the new energy vehicle can operate normally according to the expected operation,and the DAT transmission can be tested and output report according to the established bench test method.
