Reactive compensation and reactive balance is an important mean to ensure the quality of voltage in power system,with the increasing scale and complexity of power system,the application of reactive power optimization system will face more and more challenges.In view of the problems that traditional reactive power optimization system is not easy to maintain or upgrade and difficult to expand,the control coordination of voltage and reactive power on the nine area and the seventeen area is not high.In this paper,a new method of reactive power optimization system based on ASP.net technology and cloud platform is proposed,which is based on SOA architecture.The system mainly uses Web Service technology to realize the SOA architecture,the technology uses standardized interface and format,through IIS(Internet Information Services)publishing and hosting services,it makes reactive power optimization as an independent service function to access to the scheduling automation system,has the characteristics of loose coupling,can be maintained and upgraded without affecting the normal operation of the whole scheduling system.;the application of ASP.net and cloud platform simplifies the structure and usage of reactive power optimization system,this system avoids the trouble that the traditional reactive power optimization system will install the client on every user equipment,simply deploy a client on the server,the user can access and use the system without the need to install any software,and cloud platform also greatly saves equipment investment and operation and maintenance costs;A mathematical model based on the whole network reactive power and voltage control is adopted,the primal dual interior point method is used to solve the model by MATLAB,and the local optimal control strategy is obtained,the use of mixed programming by the C#call MATLAB computing program,combined with the advantages of the two programming languages,it is not only convenient to realize the user oriented function,but also has the characteristics of fast calculation speed and good stability.In this paper,the background and significance of the topics,the development and principle of related technologies,system design and Implementation,the actual operation of the system and so on are introduced in detail.Based on the real time data of a county power grid in Guangxi,the reactive power optimization system has been run online for a long time,good results are obtained.
