As the fourth generation lighting products,LED has the advantages of environmental protection,energy saving,small volume,long service life and so on,it gradually replaces the existing lighting products.In order to meet the needs of the people’s traditional lighting,LED light source--the filament lamp as a full ambient light arises at the historic moment,the LED filament lamp adopts transparent bracket encapsulate can achieve 3600 light.In this article,we mainly study the heat dissipation performance and optical characteristics of LED flip chip package,there are certain guiding value on the design of the filament.Since many countries began to carry out the plan of prohibition of incandescent lamp,LED filament lamps are gradually replacing incandescent lamps.But the heat dissipation of LED has a significant influence on its operation life,luminous efficiency and color temperature.The article discusses the influence of different arrangements of LED chips on LED’s heat dissipation.The thermal simulation based on finite element method and experiments for the three types of arrangements of LED chips on LED Lamp Filament,including equidistant columns,arithmetic sequence,Fibonacci sequence,are presented.The results indicate that the heat dissipation performance for arithmetic sequence and Fibonacci sequence is much better than that using equidistant columns.And the temperature of the middle part of the filament substrate under Fibonacci sequence is the lowest.In addition,the LED filament lamp’s light intensity distribution in the existing market is uneven.Three kinds of LED filament are proposed in this paper,and the two kinds of LED filament lamps are not only unique in structural aspects but also extensible.Finally,we use the TRACEPRO software to simulate the LED filament structure and analyze the light distribution curve and the distribution of the bottom surface illumination.All of these prove that the LED filament structure can make the distribution of spatial light field uniformity Improve a lot.The last chapter introduces LED flexible filament lamp,Most of the existing LED flexible filaments on the base of the substrate are helical structures.flexible circuit board can stretch out and draw back and Bending deformation.When the LED chip is connected in series or in parallel,the utility model has the characteristics of multi-angle,multi-level and uniform light emission,and has strong expansibility.Butthere are situations that there is not enough even light and there is light dead angle.On this basis,two spiral flexible LED filament lamps are designed,and on this basis,a kind of LED filament lamp with spiral distribution is proposed.Three kinds of spiral structure LED filament in order to achieve the LED filament 4π angle light in line with lighting design greatly improve spatial distribution uniformity when LED filament works,it has the advantage to protect the human eye vision.
