With the rapid development of auto industry,the shock absorber has been an indispensable part in the industrial production process,and the used and requirement of the shock absorber also increase.There are many kinds of shock absorbers used in automobiles at home and abroad,and the pneumatic shock absorber is a kind of shock absorber with better comprehensive performance in recent years.Because the structure and processing requirements of the pneumatic shock absorber are different from the commonly used hydraulic shock absorber,the machining,weld and assembly are also different.Domestic pneumatic shock absorber is mostly by manual operation,and has low efficiency and security level,which result the poor products quality consistency,unreliable performance,low competitiveness.The processing automation degree of hydraulic shock absorber is high,but the price is expensive,and can't fully meet the demand,so the cylinder welding and gas processing device are designed to meet the automatic welding,machining of the cylinder block.this device is divided into two parts,one is the automatic welding platform for the cylinder block,the other is multi-position gas pile processing platform of air pressure damper.The two devices improve welding and processing efficiency,reduce manual labor and ensure safe operation.In this paper,a set of welding and gas pile machining device of pneumatic shock absorber cylinder is designed by comparing and studying the machining,weld and assembly equipment of hydraulic shock absorber at home and abroad,and combining with the actual research needs of this subject.Through the preliminary study of the equipment use situation and application conditions,the research focus of this subject is confirmed,and the overall structure design is carried out by using the three-dimensional design software SolidWorks.Because of the complicated stress and relatively poor use conditions,the static and dynamic analysis of structure is done by ANSYS-workbench after the structure design,and the corresponding conditions of stress and strain and displacement are got.Through the repeated optimization design,the reasonable in structure is ensured,which meets the design requirements.In addition,because of its simple working condition and little force,this welding equipment is only as the simple structure design to ensure the use function.According to the equipment control system,the two units are program control.the processing station is less,and the operation is simple.The welding station has many positions and complex movements,and the control system is general.Therefore,the design of the welding platform control system is taken as the key point.According to the functions which need to be realized,the S7-200 series PLC of SIEMENS Company is selected for the control research and the hardware selection of the control system is finished.Based on the control system hardware,the equipment I/O function configuration,electrical circuit diagram and touch screen panel design,PLC program flow chart and operation are finished,meanwhile,PLC control procedures are wrote,and control requirements are realized.In this paper,the system debugging is mainly based on welding platform.PLC program is downloaded in S7-200 PLC to carry out welding manual debugging and automatic debugging.Through actual debugging process,the program is modified and the control system can work properly and put into production finally.
