The traditional construction project management involves the progress,cost and quality of the three control objectives,with the deepening of the concept of sustainable development,it is very important to optimize the environmental objectives of the project with the traditional three control objectives in the same important position to optimize the objectives of the project.Based on the analysis of each control target,this paper constructs the optimization model of construction period-cost-quality-environmental protection equilibrium.And then,the model is applied to the engineering case,and the heuristic intelligent MAPSO is used to solve the problem.The PSO algorithm is used to solve the multi-objective optimization problem.The aim of this paper is to provide a better combination of construction modes for the decision makers in the process of project management.The conclusions of the paper include the following aspects:(1)Making clear the relationship between the master targets is obtained.The optimization target is defined and the optimization range is defined.Through the analysis of the different stages and different contents of the project management target system at home and abroad,combined with the concept of sustainable development of the construction industry,the paper determines the four optimization objectives of construction period,cost,quality and environmental protection from the angle of construction.It is the relationship between construction time,cost,quality and environmental protection.When the duration and cost are optimized,the compression period and cost reduction will affect the quality of the project and the realization of the overall environmental protection target;The pursuit of high quality,good environmental protection objectives is bound to improve the duration and cost of investment.(2)The engineering optimization model of construction period-cost-quality-environmental protection is constructed.The quality model based on the reliability theory is established by referring to the system reliability theory.Based on the analysis of the influence factors of construction on the environment,the environmental protection model is established.The construction period-cost model is constructed by combining the key line method and the constituent element analysis method of cost.In order to solve the basic particle swarm algorithm is easy to fall into local optimum,by introducing inertia value evaluation and optimal solution of MOPSO.It is proved that the algorithm is accurate and effective in solving multi-objective optimization problems by the classical test functions(Ackley function and Rastrigin function).(3)The equilibrium optimization model is established and optimized for a two gradehighway project,for the construction of decision-makers to provide a better combination of construction patterns.MTLAB software is used to solve the multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm.From the optimization results can be seen: Project decision makers to achieve the pursuit of higher quality objectives,the quality level of the entire project 0.91 for all feasible solutions in the quality of the optimal value,the optimization of time for 891 days,the total cost of the project is 24 million 860 thousand yuan,the goal of the project environmental protection reached 0.9,are in line with the requirements of the owner.
