| The choose and use of products are not only to focus on product performance and price,but also to be care about the energy consumption and environmental protection performance,and to attach great importance to the product of ecological and green design.Therefore,when the enterprise is face the product-oriented total life design,it is necessary to analysis,evaluate and make decision for the raw materials selection,manufacturing,assembly,packaging,transportation,maintenance and scrap at all stages of product performance,to provide the best time point of product maintenance and remanufacturing.In this thesis,the product life cycle assessment index system and quantification technology are used to evaluate the effectiveness of the product in service process and the relevant decision-making model,evaluation method and realization of product remanufacturing are studied by using the theory and method of product recycling decision path.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the failure mode and failure rate of the products in the process of service,on the basis of the three stages of the product failure rate curve,all-round interprets product remanufacturing time window and use the cost analysis,discusses the influencing factors and analysis method of product performance.Secondly,according to the product life design theory and life cycle analysis method,a comprehensive evaluation index system of product life cycle is puts forward to composed of environmental index,resource index,technical index and economic index for used mechanical and electrical products and analyzes the contribution of each index to product performance evaluation in detail.A quantification model of product structure for product remanufacturing is established in order to forecast and control the time windows of product remanufacturing.Finally,based on the product structure remanufacturing model,AHP is used to evaluate the whole life cycle of two products designed by a company.The results show that the method of product effectiveness analysis and the model of product remanufacturing time window are valid.The method and model can be used to evaluate the effectiveness of product remanufacturing design and product service process. |
