With the rapid development of China economy,the railway transport to develop in the direction of fast and efficient,overloading and long column,increasingly to speed up the train running speed,the train density increased gradually,the existing transportation management mode and maintenance mode is facing increasing pressure,urgently need to be based on the existing mode of operation and maintenance,by applying the new technology and management methods,improve the efficiency and safety of the existing operation maintenance way.The security of the railway station staff,is the important foundation of railway operation maintenance,how to train operation density increasing environment protect the safety of field workers,the improved rail operation maintenance mode,an important task to improve the operation efficiency.Are widely used at present at the scene of the railway maintenance the voice prompt system based on simulation method,the system is this railway station train running condition of the extraction,voice prompt for on-site personnel protective distance is shorter,can’t meet the demand of high speed running under the background of the personal protection.And because the use is the site of train dynamic way,on-site personnel can not according to the job site information selectively receiving close to trains,not important information,information overlooked is often happened;At the same time,because of using analog communication,individual station existence with frequency or frequency interference phenomena,make "personal protective voice prompt system" all warning cannot give full play to the role.In view of the defects of analog voice prompt system,this paper proposes a digital voice prompt system based on GPS positioning to personal fixed protection.This system through the acquisition of the entire station signal,switch,track circuit switch quantity information,and wirelessly to on-site personnel under the train running information of digital voice prompt handheld terminals,handheld terminals through train location information that will be received and GPS location itself,this paper compares and analyzes filter has nothing to do with their train close to information,finally remind field personnel next refuge in time,greatly enhance the safety factor of the workers.The digital voice prompt system adopts the GPS positioning,400 m digital interphone,data analysis and the wireless data transmission technology,the host using the network information collection,information broadcasting.Digital handheld receiver according to the area where the GPS data,and selectively receive information,to solve the original analog voice prompt system will be submerged in a large number of irrelevant information useful information,can’t read useful information questions associated with the operating point in time,improve the on-site personnel safety coefficient and working efficiency.
