At present,railway crossing is the crossing area between railway and ordinary highway,and it is also a complex area of traffic condition.If not effectively managed and controlled,Trains and pedestrians passing on the road and trains running back and forth on the railway,it is easy to cause traffic accidents;Although more and more solutions have been implemented on the spot,most of the solutions still have some problems from the actual application: First,data transmission using cable way to achieve early warning,crossing the train,the train approaching signal must be sampled at a distance of a certain distance from the crossing equipment placed on both sides of the way through the wired way of wiring is difficult;Second,there is no remote monitoring and management functions,System maintenance is more troublesome,An unmanned crossing generally exists in remote places,be sure to maintenance personnel and bring some difficulties,and some systems only focus on on-site alarm functions,once the center of the crossing accident,emergency rescue operations will be more passive and slow;Third,electric equipment is difficult,because the unmanned crossing in remote areas,electric equipment is more difficult,if take the traditional power mode,take power from the power cable,it is difficult to achieve,and the power supply is the basic normal operation of a system.Therefore,it is necessary to study a set of effective solutions to deal with the management problem of unattended crossing.In this paper,the existing problems are studied and analyzed,and the train approaching alarm system based on the axle counting sensor is designed.The system is based on embedded platform,using microcontroller ADC sampling technique,semiconductor driver technology,realize the acquisition and processing of field data of continuous wave detection technology,the development of serial communication technology based on RS485 industrial field bus,and with the wireless digital transmission technology to realize data exchange between field devices;When the train through the crossing point near,installed in the signal acquisition equipment to train approaching closer to the point of the signal,will convey to the point of arrival of the equipment,open the alarm,notify the traffic and vehicles passing through the crossing Caution!when the train is closed by an unmanned crossing alarm device.At the same time using the GPRS network to train close to the crossing of the information transmitted to the monitoring center to set up Railway Administration;the central control software using VB6.0 and SQL2000 database server technology,can manage and store a plurality of crossing field data,the running state of real-time monitoring of multiple unmanned crossings at the same time,the monitoring center can on each crossing equipment fault diagnosis and restart system maintenance function.Experiments show that the system realizes unmanned crossing centralized detection control function,remote site maintenance function,crossing the train early warning function,hot standby function,simple data configuration function,data sending and receiving ACK confirmation function,equipment fault state of active reporting function,important data recording and storage function important data network query,export and print function.There is an effective management and control of an unmanned crossing,not only to the local residents travel safety guarantee,but also convenient for monitoring and management of Railway Bureau under the jurisdiction of multiple unmanned crossing.The system not only can be applied to the unattended railway crossing,but also can be applied to the cross highway,as well as the management of material warehouse,which is suitable for occasions needing detection,alarm and multi-point monitoring.It can be said that the application prospect is very extensive.
