| Coupling buffer device is mainly used for the connection and separation as well shunting operation between the locomotive and vehicles.The device is required that it can deflect lateral,but does not affect the traction,it can smooth braking force and can help in operation of the shock and vibration.Combining with the relevant standards of heavy loaded freight car coupler buffer and the existing using experience,load distribution and mechanical characteristics of the heavy loaded freight car hook device were studied by hook device action principle under different using conditions.Based on finite element method,analyze the static strength of the coupling hook with the relevant provisions of TB 456-2008 for safety.In combination with measured load spectrum of heavy loaded train,estimate the fatigue life of coupling hook,using finite element software and the fatigue life calculation software for joint simulation to determine the safety service life of the coupler.Combining with the field experience,figure out the main cause of the separation of coupler.Further analyzing the principle of anti-creeping ledge failure,put forward effective measures of preventing the coupling separation.The main contents are:(1)Introduce the current development of heavy loaded freight train at home and abroad,the type of coupling structure,main technical requirements and three kinds of working state of the coupler.(2)Analyze of the coupling,the structure and principle of buffer which applied to 20000 tons of daqin railway running heavy loaded freight train.(3)By the analysis of the longitudinal force coupling detailed statistical data of 20000 tons of heavy loaded freight trains running in the process,reveal the heavy loaded freight car maximum coupling force mechanism and distribution law of the pressing and pulling force.(4)Mode the 3d type of heavy loaded freight train coupling hook F.Using finite element software,analyze the static strength of the coupling F type hook with TB principle.Estimate the coupling hook fatigue life by life analysis software of Beijing Jiaotong University measured daqin railway coupler heavy loaded freight car load spectrum.(5)Combining with actual experience,determine that the anti-creeping ledge failure is a major cause which leads to coupling separation automatically.Put forward some effective measures to prevent anti-creeping ledge failure and coupling automatic separation. |
