The passive safety protection technology of railway trains is becoming more and more important,which further promotes the theoretical calculation of longitudinal dynamics of railway trains and related experimental research.The coupler bumper is a vehicle component that connects the vehicle with the vehicle,the locomotive or the motor train to transmit traction,braking force and reduce the longitudinal impact between the trains.It is also a key component for realizing longitudinal dynamic performance.It is especially important to ensure that the performance of the coupler bumper meets the design requirements.This paper analyzes the current buffer performance detection technology,based on STM32 embedded system,combined with Wi-Fi communication technology,a buffer static pressure experiment system is designed to realize the force-displacement data acquisition,the stroke curve drawing,the video monitoring of the detection process and the real-time observation of the mobile phone App during the static pressure test of the coupler buffer.The system has the characteristics of convenient use,stable operation,low cost and good maintainability.The system adopts STM32F407 series chip as the core control component,uses the displacement and force sensor to obtain the buffer performance data and draws the static pressure experimental curve,uses the DS18B20 digital temperature sensor to obtain the experimental ambient temperature,and the OV2640 camera module realizes the video monitoring of the field working condition,Wi-Fi module realizes the network release of experimental data,2.8-inch TFT-LCD liquid crystal display for data,curve and video display,using Flash technology to realize data storage and playback,based on integrated development environment Eclipse development mobile app,realizes transparent transmission of experimental data.Finally,the feasibility of the STM32-based coupler buffer static pressure test system design is verified by simulation debugging.The buffer static pressure test system designed in this paper can test the static pressure performance of the buffer with a static pressure of 3000 kN and a static pressure stroke of 125 mm.Analysis based on buffer static pressure test curve and capacity,it can ensure that the buffer performance meets the design requirements and ensure the safe operation of the train.
