With the development of economy and the rapid progress of various industries,the work efficiency has become an important breakthrough point in the rapid development of enterprises.By 21 Century the transportation industry has appeared a series of continuous conveying equipment,greatly improving the work efficiency,low cost and high efficiency of the foreign steel tube type scraper conveyor gradually gained the favor of the enterprise.The design and research of the steel tube type scraper conveyor,which will be conducive to the development,application and the overall performance of low carbon economy.According to the insufficient domestic research status of the steel tube type scraper conveyor,this article is to study the structure design,theoretical calculation and numerical simulation for the steel tube type scraper conveyor.In terms of structure,this article has carried on the detailed elaboration from the choice of materials to the structural design,and given the Solidworks 3D model of some key components;In terms of theoretical calculation,the finite element analysis of the key components is carried out to verify the usability of the structural design.The modal analysis of the whole machine is also carried out to obtain the first 6 order modal frequencies,then it is found that the frequency of the 2 order is close to the vibration frequency of the motor;In terms of numerical simulation,the assembly model is simplified,by using the visual advantage of the discrete element software EDEM,the movement of the scraper in the runway conveying tube is realized by using the motion superposition function of EDEM;by changing the speed of transmission wheel to obtain thrown track of soybean,then the optimal velocity of soybean was obtained by comparing the data,and then the operating parameters of soybean particles under the optimal rotation speed were obtained,including running trajectory,speed and force.The rotation of screw feeder body is realized by using the sliding mesh technology in FLUENT,the movement of the scraper in the runway conveying air flow field tube is realized by using the UDF technology in FLUENT,finally,the distribution and parameters in the internal air flow field of the whole operation process are obtained,including air velocity,turbulent kinetic energy and pressure.These studies provide a computer simulation method for steel tube type scraper conveyor,to make up for this deficiency of the design method.In summary,this paper provides a whole set of theoretical support for the design and simulation experiment of the steel tube type scraper conveyor,these make up for the domestic insufficient study of the steel tube type scraper conveyor.All these things have important significance for the development of steel tube type scraper conveyor,optimization and application.
