Scroll compressor, as a light-weight, less energy cost displacement compressor, compared with other types of compressors with characteristics of small size, compact structure, high efficiency and smooth operation, already widely used in refrigeration, air conditioning, and many other industries.The research on dynamic characteristics of mechanism of the scroll compressor is an important element of compressor process, which plays a dominant role on the efficiency and reliability. So the research in this area is derived compressors research focus and the key. This is also described in this paper will focus on the issue.On the basis of principles of scroll compressor, the paper analyzed its work process from the perspective of institutions, the existed institutions models, and created a new type of scroll compressors work process institutions model - four connecting rods parallel institutions model;Analyzed the key component, anti-rotation mechanism, which is sure quiet the correct mesh of orbiting scroll and fixed scroll, especially the crank anti-rotation mechanism, which is often be used to the non-oil lubricant, and compared it with other anti-rotation mechanisms. The good working condition of the crank anti-rotation mechanism has been tested in the test of scroll compressor with non-oil lubricant.To the problems of radial leakage caused by axial gap and axial leakage caused by radial gap, the paper discussed the changing in mechanism of axial and radial, which can solute these impactions. Analyzed the backpressure and the back-press port position of back-press technology, Which is the best used. In addition, several others commonly used in the changing in mechanism of axial and radial, especially the eccentricity gauntlet and eccentricity huakuai type are also analyzed in theory.
