| The professional test benches are indispensible when the lifting devices of tracked armored rescue vehicles are produced and assembled. In order to obtain the indexes and parameters of the lifting devices of tracked armored rescue vehicles, various tests are done on the test benches in the simulation status of truth. In the present study, as a research object, the structures of the professional test benches are optimized adopted the genetic algorithm.Firstly, based on the structure characteristics and the technical requirements, the structures of the professional test benches of lifting devices of tracked armored rescue vehicles are redesigned.Secondly, the method of numerical analysis is adopted and the design of scheme, type selection,calculation of essential performance and design of structures are completed. Thirdly, the 3-D geometric model is finished and the properties of strength and mechanics are obtained by finite element analysis and calculation. Base on the results of calculation, the unconscionable structures are rectified, and the 3-D geometric model is optimized for satisfying the use requirements. Lastly,the structures of the professional test benches are optimized with the variable is web thickness and the optimization objectives are minimum mass and optimum stress of the structures. The finite element analysis and calculation of the optimized 3-D geometric model is done and the optimized 3-D geometric model is satisfied the use requirements.In the present study, the structures of the professional test benches of lifting devices of tracked armored rescue vehicles are optimized and the reasonable structures are obtained. The two kinds of the prioritization scheme are provided and the project application value is confirmed. |
