The source of the project is "analysis of CODAG transmission system simulation"scientific research of CSIC 703 institute. Since the wet friction clutch is an important part of ship transmission system, the performance of clutch has important influence on safety and reliability of the ship power system. In the CODAG transmission system, the two wet friction clutch are installed in the double speed clutch gear box. The switching process of the system's transmission ratio is essentially the process of separation and combining of the two clutch and the jerk of the transmission system and the heat of the clutch are inevitable of the switching process. This paper focuses on the study of the switching process,and the main research contents are as follows:First of all, aiming at the switching process of the transmission system's transmission ratio, this paper uses the jerk degree and the sliding friction work as the evaluation index of the switching process. The switching process is divided into four stages,each stage is analyzed in detail, and the dynamic equations are eatablished. On this basis, the Simulink simulation model of the switching process is established. The Simulink simulation model is used to analyze the influence of different switching rules on the evaluation indexes.Secondly, according to the basic theory of heat transfer, the physical model of clutch friction pair is simplified, and the temperature field model of clutch friction plate is established. The relationship between friction power and heat flux is derived. and the heat flux on the surface of the friction plate is obtained under different switching rules. On the basis of the simulation results of the second chapter, the influence of different switching rules on the temperature field of the friction plate is analyzed, and the heating condition of the clutch is more accurately described.Thirdly, on the basis of the previous analysis, based on the multi-objective optimization theory, using the weighted combination method to establish a comprehensive objective function of the switching process, according to the relevant literature to give the influence factors of the feasible region. Using simulation test method to find the best linear switching rule, and through programming to achieve this process. According to different needs, get the best linear switching rule under different weights. According to the simulation results, from three aspects of jerk degree, the service life of the clutch and the friction properties of the friction plate, the best switching rule is obtained under this condition.Finally, a simplified model of CODAG transmission system is established, and a simulation model of jerk characteristics is established, and the simulation results under different switching rules are compared with the results of the Simulink model to ensure the accuracy of the Simulink model. Because the system torsional vibration can affect the system jerk of the switching process,using the simplified model of CODAG transmission system,the torsional vibration simulation model of CODAG transmission system is established, and the natural frequency of the transmission system in three operation modes are obtained. On the basis of analysis, the measures to improve the torsional vibration of the system are rised. The flexible connection of the torsional vibration simulation model is added to the impact characteristic simulation model, so that the impact simulation results are more in line with the actual situation.
