Aircraft carrier is a large surface fleet whose main weapon is carrier-based aircraft. With the years of continuous development of the aircraft carrier and the accumulation of operational experience, the thought that the outcome of naval battle is decided by carrier-based aircraft has been gradually recognized. The aircraft will complete several steps to assure the security, such as refueling, air inflation and ammunition loading before the mission. Thus, the efficient security operations before take-off is the key factor for carrier-based aircraft to maintain sortie generation persistent combat capability. The space of aircraft carrier's deck is limited when the carrier-based aircraft which is different from the land-based aircraft conducts security operations. Under the premise of security resource allocation, how to arrange the order of security operations reasonably before take-off has become the key research issue in the course of the development of the carrier aircraft, and this issue has a far-reaching influence on strengthening the combat capability of aircraft carrier.The goal of this paper is to shorten the security operation time of carrier-based aircraft for the case of different number of carrier-based aircraft and different security configuration group.And this paper researches on optimal operation of the security operations of carrier-based aircraft before take-off on the basis of analyzing the security operation methods of American carrier aircraft.First, this paper analyzes the security system of carrier-based aircraft, and points out that it is a complicated system which restricted and influenced by many factors. This paper has a detailed analysis of the characteristics of the security system, resource demanding issue and the evolution of security ways, also the paper has a description of the process of the mission implementation of carrier-based aircraft on the deck. According to the protection mode of the aircraft carrier in "Ford" class and the layout of protection area on deck, the paper makes an overall plan of the research on optimal operation of the security operations of carrier-based aircraft.Then, the paper compared and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional genetic algorithm and tabu search algorithm to design a hybrid genetic tabu search algorithm aims at solving the problem of security operation scheduling of carrier-based aircraft. On the basis of specific analysis of carrier-based aircraft security process, the paper applied respectively the genetic algorithm and hybrid genetic tabu search algorithm to simulate the case in order to minimize the security process completing time, then draws the optimized security group scheduling execution Gantt chart and job-shop scheduling Gantt chart of carrier-based aircraft with the data obtained by the simulation. The comparison of the simulation results between the two optimization algorithms can prove the superiority of the hybrid genetic tabu search algorithm. Taking into account the impact of interference events in the actual security operation of carrier-based aircraft, the event driven strategies and hybrid genetic tabu search algorithm are combined to obtain a reasonable and efficient dynamic scheduling scheme.At last,this paper adopts C++ language through Visual Studio 2005 to develop carrier aircraft security operation scheduling optimization software to simulate the case in different number of carrier-based aircraft and different security configuration group, then verifies the feasibility of the research on the carrier-based aircraft security scheduling issue.
