| Aircraft carriers are the backbone of the force guarding the seas, the core of its comprehensive combat effectiveness is the sortie rate of carrier-borne aircraft. The support operation of carrier-based aircraft fleet before sortie has a important influence on sortie rate,It is of great significance for carrier-based aircraft sortie ability to complete the support operation in the shortest time and the best resource allocation. When the support task is issued, different types of aircraft are dispatched in different order, support resources are limited, and support operations are heavy. In the process of operation, dynamic interference such as dispatch plan updates, support group fatigue operations, and support equipment failures may occur during the operation process, putting forward high requirements for support operation of carrier-based aircraft fleet. This paper studies the scheduling problem of carrier-based fleet support operations considering the support priority, the scheduling process of support task and support resource is analyzed and modeled, the support operation scheme is solved by intelligent optimization algorithm, and analyzes the dynamic interference events during the plan operation process. The main work is as follows:Firstly, the research status of carrier-based aircraft support operation at home and abroad is summarized.Analyze the support process of the carrier-based aircrafts, the requirements of support resources, the characteristics of support operations, and the different support methods of the current carrier aircraft.By comparing various research methods, the overall research thinking of carrier-based fleet support operations scheduling is clarified.Secondly, consider the support priority of various types of carrier-based aircraft, incorporate support vehicles and fixed support facilities into the scope of support resource scheduling, various constraints existed in the support process were systematically analyzed, and a mathematical model of support operation scheduling for carrier-based aircraft fleet was established with the optimization goal of minimum support operation completion time. The adaptive simulated annealing genetic algorithm was used to solve the model based on the characteristics of the problem, and the pre-scheduled job scheme was obtained. The adopted algorithm was verified by solving cases, and the sensitivity of some parameters was analyzed.Third, there may be a variety of dynamic interference events during the execution of the support operation that may cause the pre-scheduling plan to be unable to continue, analyze the dynamic scheduling problem of carrier-based aircraft fleet support operations and establish a model to support the minimum completion time of operations and the minimum implementation cost of rescheduling as the objective function of dynamic scheduling. To initiate rescheduling a hybrid-driven rescheduling mechanism is used. The typical dynamic events are classified and rescheduling strategies are designed to select different rescheduling methods when different dynamic events occur. The dynamic scheduling algorithm is obtained by combining the rescheduling strategy with the adaptive simulated annealing genetic algorithm, and the dynamic scheduling algorithm is validated using case simulation. Finally,a carrier-based aircraft fleet support operation scheduling prototype system was developed, and take the CVNX aircraft carrier deck as a case study. The feasibility of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm were verified by different examples, and the influence of support resource allocation on the completion time of support job was analyzed. |
