The popularity of the smartphone brings a large number of technological foundations and talent reserves to smart watches industry in recent years.Logically,with the growing market and mature technological basement.Smart watch industry should have explosive growth;but things backfire,it is far from the expected goal.the main reason there are two points: 1),The appearance of Smart watch and traditional watches have a certain gap using mobile phone design concept to design smart watch,Smart phone and smart watch have overlap in functionality and application.Even,Smart watch cannot be used independently from the phone,resulting low values and low usage.2),limited by TP/ LCM module's bonding area,the core of smart watch cannot be standard cylindrical modular,So the mature processing industry chain of traditional watch company cannot play an advantage,coupled with no hardware and software development capabilities,the traditional watch makers are still waiting for the opportunities.Based on the author's long experience of smart watch design in Daishang Intelligence company and the analysis of the traditional watch supply chain model,the existing smart watch structure design,the characteristics of smart watch core analysis,combined with a large number of table business interviews and competition,we compared the design features of smart watches and traditional watches and thought the biggest technical bottleneck for traditional watch company is the local protruding features on smart watch core.The author advocates to form new standard cylindrical smart watch core based on the traditional watch's characteristics "modelling changeable,simple structure and standardization",Make the smart watch design return to "classical,precision machining and high quality" value chain in hardware homogeneity and App store period.Standing on the perspective of CMF innovative application,We proposed to use Nano-imprint technology on the Cover Glass of smart watch core to create a traditional watch three-dimensional shadow effect thus masking the core's Bondingarea and achieving the standard cylindrical core modular,and as a prerequisite to start a complete traditional watch intelligent design innovation practice.The innovation of this paper includes: the use of Nanoimprint technology to achieve a different decorative effect of the dial;the use of Nano-imprint technology to reproduce the traditional watch three-dimensional effect to achieve smart core standard cylindrical;barrier-free and standard new smart watch structure design.
