The frame-shear wall structure is a wonderful structural system which combines advantages of frame structure and advantages of shear wall structure.It can be arranged flexibly and has good lateral stiffness,so it is widely used in architectural design at the present stage in China.The shear wall in this structure bears most of the lateral force and the number and distribution of shear wall has great influence on architecture's rigidity and rigidity center which directly plays an important role in earthquake resistance and torsion resistance.Because of the high construction price of shear wall,the number of shear wall makes vital influence on architecture's price as well.A reasonable arrangement can not only make the structure have excellent anti lateral and torsional capacity,but also can make the total project more economical,so it is necessary to study the number and location of the shear wall in the frame-shear wall structure.First,this paper concluded the concept,advantages,disadvantages and stress characteristics of these three kinds of most popular structure system in our country at the current stage: frame structure,frame-shear wall structure,shear wall structure and this paper discussed the methods of structure design and calculation and analyzed the practicability and applicability of static analysis method and dynamic analysis method.Then with the bottom shear method,dynamic time history analysis method as the theory support,the author established several different frame-shear wall structure model,and used the finite element software Midas Gen to calculate and analyzed these models with using the bottom shear method to get key parameters: displacement ratio,period ratio,shear weight ratio,etc..Through the comparison and analysis of these key parameters,found out what influence will come out with the shear wall in different positions and different number and found out the better plan as well.Then using dynamic time history analysis made supplement calculations to the typical models to make further demonstration of the conclusion and found out some general rules.
