The prefabricated concrete building structure is conducive to large-scale production, rapid construction, short construction time, energy saving conducive to and environmental protection, etc. It has been widely used in various fields of the construction industry. However,at present, the research on the frame-shear wall structure is still relatively rare. The research on the prefabricated concrete structure mainly focuses on the frame structure and the shear wall structure, and the column in the frame-shear structure? There are fewer studies on the connection and connection performance of the wall. There are fewer studies on connection methods and connection performance. In order to improve the prefabrication rate of the assembled column-wall structure, this paper proposes four new prefabricated columns-prefabricated wall connection construction methods, and designed and produced six test pieces, which are respectively integral cast-in-place and U-shaped ribs.Straight rib lap joint, chain buckle lap joint, straight rib U-rib lap joint and no keyway U-shaped rib overlap.First,in order to study the feasibility of the assembled column-wall structure connection and the shear resistance of the joint surface, the test piece was repeatedly subjected to repeated compression shear test using a 300 ton Bangwei actuator.Through the test and analysis, the following conclusions can be drawn:the four prefabricated column-wall reinforcement connections can effectively transmit the force. The lap joint method and the lap length of the wall-connected steel bars are relatively reasonable, among which the continuous buckle lap joint and the straight rib U-shaped rib lap joint have strong bearing capacity, the stiffness degradation and the energy consuming ability are also good;in addition, the assembled structure There is a certain difference between the damage form of the cast-in-situ structure, and the damage of the assembly structure is slower than that of the cast-in-place test piece.Among them, the straight rib lap joint, the chain buckle lap joint, and the straight rib U-rib lap joint test piece are completely destroyed. The stiffness degradation and energy dissipation capacity are also stronger than the cast-in-place specimens, but the ultimate bearing capacity of the fabricated structure is weaker than the cast-in-situ structure. The difference between the key bearing capacity of the keyway test piece and the keyless groove test piece is more than 30%,and the damage form is very different. It can be seen that the physical key such as the keyway has a significant influence on the performance of the prefabricated column-wall joint surface,in the prefabricated column and the prefabricated wall. The contact surface serves as a bite to improve the mechanical properties of the joint. Then, based on the test, using the finite element analysis software ABAQUS,the nonlinear finite element analysis of the column-wall specimen was carried out,and the simulation process was analyzed briefly. The simulation analysis results and test results of the failure mode, stress distribution and bearing capacity of the specimen were found. The results are in good agreement, further verifying the reliability and feasibility of the steel connection method. Finally, based on the relevant shear capacity calculation formula proposed in domestic and foreign references, calculate the calculated strength of the test piece, and based on these data, analyze an and extract the important factors related to the research of this subject, and adopt the method of regression analysis. The simplified calculation formula of the shear capacity of the joint between the prefabricated column and the prefabricated wall is summarized, and the feasibility of simplifying the calculation formula is checked according to the test data.
