With the rapid development of China's island construction,energy demand has been increasingly important.The economic construction of islands and the daily needs of residents need safe,reliable,clean power and freshwater resources as a guarantee.However,due to the geographical constrains and environmental restrictions,reliable electricity and fresh water can hardly be guaranteed.At present,most of the islands in our country rely excessively on large power grids or traditional units,so that the reliability of power supply cannot be satisfied.Besides,the poor geographical environment of the island results in the scarce groundwater resource and low precipitation of the development.To establish an island micro-grid system with a controlled load seawater desalination system,taking advantage of the abundant renewable energy sources around the island may solve the problem of the island electric energy supply effectively and utilizing desalination technology can solve the problem of fresh water shortage.Therefore,in this thesis,the island micro-grid with controllable desalination system is taken as an example to research the optimal allocation and operation strategy of island micro-grid.The main contents in this thesis are summarized as follows:1.The classic structure of desalinized island micro-grid and its components are analyzed,as well as the characteristics of each distributed power source.The output power model of each distributed power source in the island micro-grid system is established,as basis for the subsequent establishment of corresponding optimization model.2.An optimal allocation model of island micro-grid with wave energy generation is constructed for saving costs of initial investment,environmental management,and etc.The optimal variables of the model are wave energy generator,wind turbines,solar cells,storage batteries and diesel generators.The model is then verified with calculation and analysis.3.An operating strategy of power regulation with desalination system is proposed based on its adjustability.An optimal operation model is established to save costs of island micro-grid operation and environmental management with restrictions of desalination operation power,storage battery operation power and diesel generator operating power.The seawater desalination system and the system power regulation operation is then verified with calculation and analysis,which provides theoretical support for island micro-grid construction design.
