Valve is an indispensable accessory in the process of industrial development.The butterfly valve is widely used in petroleum,chemical,metallurgy,electric power,food,medical,transportation and other fields because of its simple structure,small volume,quick opening and closing.Triple-eccentric butterfly valve sealing surface is a cone,its sealing performance is good,the use of a wide range,sealing surface wear is small,the demand for industrial production is getting higher and higher,the use of the situation is also more stringent.At present,lacking a reasonable design method for the triple-eccentric butterfly valve,and the traditional triple-eccentric butterfly valve plate cross section is an oval,its sealing area is larger,moment is also large.This paper is based on the problem of triple-eccentric butterfly valves,proposed a circular section triple-eccentric butterfly valve,analyzed the relationship between interference and eccentricity,developed the interference test software,We conducted a static analysis and a fluid mechanics analysis.Specific work is as follows:(1)In this paper,the structural characteristics of the triple-eccentric seal are introduced in detail,and the section equation of the valve plate and the surface equation of the sealing surface are deduced.Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional triple-eccentric butterfly valve,made circular section triple-eccentric butterfly valve,and given the theoretical equation of that valve,then discussing the relationship between eccentricity of circular section triple-eccentric butterfly valve and design method.(2)Studied the mechanical properties of butterfly valve,then,the theoretical formula for the required torque during the opening and closing of the butterfly valve is given,the formula of unbalanced moment is deduced for circular section triple-eccentric butterfly valves.(3)The principle of interference in the process of opening and closing of circular section triple-eccentric butterfly valves is analyzed in detail,an test method of interferometric is proposed,and an interference test software was developed based on MATLAB software.(4)Designed a hard seal circular section triple-eccentric butterfly valve which nominal diameter DN = 300 mm,established a triple-dimensional model using Solidworks software,based on ANSYS Workbench platform,made modal analysis,static analysis and fluid mechanics analysis.
