With the development of national economy,the highway engineering of China is coming into a new phase characterized by equal priority of construction and maintenance.In this phase,there are some problems such as financial problems and resource problems showed gradually.In present situation,it is easy to find that a lot of more complicated problems of technology,resource,materials and environment are coming out in highway construction in the future.For example,the high technical requirements of the new road pavement performance,environmental problems and resource problems produced from a large number of milling planer old material in reconstruction of the old highway.The recycling technology is a better way to solute these problems.It can not only solve the environmental problems caused by the old material piled,but also solve the problem of the huge resource requirements needed for the new asphalt pavement.In this paper,based on Thermal regeneration technology at the scene No.6 bid section of Leiyi highway project,laboratory experiments and the construction site technical research are played.A series of test and research are made for the regeneration mixture ratio in laboratory experiments.First of all,this paper made an evaluation on the old material based on a review of the development of the regeneration technology at home and abroad,and present research results of the mechanism of asphalt aging and the regeneration,which includes the analysis of ratio,the aggregate screening of the old asphalt mixture.Secondly,the experiment of regenerant best content is made based on evaluation of bituminous mixture which needs regeneration.New road performance test is made after ensuring the best mix proportion.At last,suitable construction methods are made according to construction scheme and site construction conditions.Quality control methods of regeneration temperature and thickness are put forward. |
