With the rapid development of China's transportation industry, highway asphalt pavement after repeated vehicle load for many years, the pavement performance decreased gradually, and appeared a variety of diseases and varying degrees of damage. In recent years, our country is still in the period of highway‘s rapid development, part of the highway asphalt pavements which have a long opening time appeared damage phenomena,our country will enter the era of highway construction and maintenance. The infrastructure resources consumption is huge, and it againsted china's Scientific outlook on development. It has a great significance on how to construct and maintain the highway in our country in the condition of saving resources and protecting environment. Reasonable selection of asphalt pavement maintenance measures play a important role in improving asphalt pavement performance and prolonging the service life of asphalt pavement, in the process of maintening the asphalt pavement, we should fully consider the recycling of resources, to ensure the sustainable development of resources environment and socioeconomic benefits.Not only had Leiyi Expressway overhaul project used the hot in place recycling technology successfully,made full use of the original pavement materials, but also ensured the pavement quality after overhaul. Through field sampling and indoor test analysis, this research drew a conlusion that mixing old aging of asphalt with 5% recycling agent can result the aging asphalt recovered its property of rheological;through mixing old asphalt mixture with 15% of the new mixture asphalt can get recycled asphalt,and its road performance is improved greatly. When Leiyi Expressway Asphalt Pavement overhaul,we regenerated the original asphalt pavement,ang then added paving asphalt layer,because the original pavement's middle and lower strates asphalt layer is the base of the new pavement, the pavement structure after the overhaul is partial to flexible base,according to the characteristics of the flexible pavement structure combination,study the reasonable asphalt layer overlay structure of Leiyi high-speed after the regeneration of original asphalt pavement,through the layers of deflection measurement and forecast of traffic analysis,and demonstration analysis by using Bisar3.0 software, the results show that the way of regenerating Leiyi high-speed's original pavement and the way of choosing overlay structure are reliable.Overlay structure scheme of calculation and analysis of asphalt pavement using HPDS2011 and Bisar3.0 software of semi rigid base structure of Hunan area is typical of several more suitable for Hunan area, asphalt pavement repair the overlay scheme is recommended, the results can be a reference for similar engineering related.In this paper, through the observation of the road test and the analysis of the data, summed up the change of the overall strength of the road after hot in-place recycling and Asphalt layer overlaying and some notes in the construction process which can provide reference for other similar engineering.
