Aluminum and Aluminum Alloy light weight,only iron or copper 1/3,with synthetic properties,corrosion resistance,good physical,mechanical and process high,easy processing into various shapes,are widely used in aerospace,construction and other industries.6061 aluminum alloy Al-Mg-Si system,magnesium,silicon content in the alloy than other aluminum alloy to be higher,and contain a small amount of copper.6061 aluminum alloy can be processed into plates,tubes,rods,type / wire and forgings,mainly used for building materials,as well as the need for a good corrosion resistance of large structural parts.Many units in the actual production,cutting,welding,extrusion process of Aluminum Alloy was studied,through the optimization of key process parameters to obtain good mechanical and organizational performance,but the Aluminum Alloy high precision car,sawing,pressure riveting process,is lack of systematic in-depth research.The steel frame and aluminum grid connection and the difference between comparison,sawing aluminum rod ball processing,high precision aluminum car for grid structure Aluminum Alloy involved in cutting,riveting node axial force analysis,and the occlusion structure before processing and mold design,systematic in-depth study.Through the comparative analysis with the traditional steel grid,the characteristics of the aluminum alloy grid structure and the connection mode of the joint are obtained.Through ANSYS theory analysis of the stress characteristics of the node,to take a reasonable way of node connection.Based on a large number of experiments,the optimum processing technology and precision control method are obtained.Through the improvement of the sealing plate of different types and riveting die after member joint axial force pressure,looking for the best node connection method and die design.Through the test of thousands of specimens,and found that the number of seal plate groove spacing design pressure riveting rod node and the node size,and chamfering process mould,control pressure riveting method when there are a large number of links to follow.The experiment verifies the theory,and also ensures the quality qualification rate of batch processing.
