| Automatic drilling and riveting technology is an important part in modern aircraft assembly,and the quality of riveting has a direct effect on the strength and fatigue life of the aircraft structure.Based on current research in riveting technology and riveting material,how to select more suitable riveting force and riveting materials is the main research direction in this paper on the premise of ensuring the optimal riveting quality.This paper mainly takes the riveting process in automatic drilling and riveting of aircraft as the research object;analyze the mainly factors affecting the riveting process and the riveting quality;combined with the elastoplastic theory,analyze the deformation during the riveting process by subsection stress analysis,and the mathematical expressions of riveting force and the deformation of the orifice plate are given by the analytical method.This paper mainly takes the riveting process in automatic drilling and riveting of aircraft as the research object;analyze the mainly factors affecting the riveting process and the riveting quality;combined with the elastoplastic theory,analyze the deformation during the riveting process by subsection stress analysis,and the mathematical expressions of riveting force and the deformation of the orifice plate are given by the analytical method.Through the establishment of two different loading models,study the effect of material on the riveting quality.When the external load is controlled,the size of the pier head is mainly determined by the strength limit of the rivet material,what’s more,material with small stiffness can form a bigger diameter of the pier head;the material of the upper riveting plate affects the quality of riveting in the next place.But under the same condition,the riveting force is smaller when the laminated metal material is used.When the height of the pier is controlled,the size of the pier and the interference are determined by the external load,in addition,the thickness of the riveted plate has a great influence on the quality of riveting.When the thickness of the upper plate is equal or thicker than the lower plate,the interference is even more uniform. |
