The energy structure of the world began experiencing third great transformation,wind energy as a renewable energy,its position is more and more important.In recent years,the domestic wind power installed capacity has occupied the world’s first,with the growth of domestic installed capacity of the wind power in demand,Now,there are t more and more domestic large-scale wind power equipment installation and repair engineering.Large scale wind power equipment are up to tens of meters or even hundreds of meters high,and the weight of 100 tons,making this kind of engineering projects have higher requirements construction machinery.At present,the construction methods rely mainly on large scale hoisting machinery,large domestic wind power maintenance engineering project almost have no independent maintenance equipment,need to rely on the introduction of foreign equipment complete,but the price is very expensive,accessories and repair services without professional units to protect,which brought great inconvenience to the users.Therefore,the development of high safety factor,convenient construction,strong adaptability of the new wind power repair lifting equipment is required for repair engineering of large-scale wind turbine generator.The clamping mechanism in all parts of the external wind turbine maintenance platform is particularly important,because it is the innovation point of the platform what ensure the security of maintenance platform work at high.With designing a kind of clamping mechanism maintenance platform which can replace the internal components of the wind power generator as the main task,based on the existing wind machine repair equipment and jib crane,with the digital prototype design technology as the main method,research on design of wind power maintenance lifting platform.Determine the design process of the digital’ s prototype of wind power lifting platform:The design concept and scheme,Three dimensional model、Stress analysis and strength check,The simulation and optimization;Secondly,in order to reliability and practicability as the basic principle,from the principle of work and systematically compares the existing maintenance lifting equipment in two design schemes,namely the traction maintenance crane and self climbing type maintenance crane.On this basis,combined with the characteristics of wind turbine nacelle,tower structure,the maintenance lifting platform is designed for the current domestic large power wind turbines,establish the three-dimensional model of the platform and analysis its structure,complete the early digital sample machine structure design.Apply the ANSYS design explorer module in Workbench by introducing the response curve to optimize the design of clamping mechanism;As making the various components under the best working performance on the basis of the overall structure meet the strength,stiffness of steel,apply the finite element software Finite element software to do modal dynamic analysis of the platform and transient dynamic analysis of the clamping mechanism.Finally,in order to verify security of wind power repair lifting platform under wind load at the top of the tower in the case of replacing interior parts of the wind turbine cabin,this paper also analysis the stability of the whole machine.Considering the influence of wind power maintenance lifting platform to the tower,the deformation of wind turbine tower was calculated and compared systematically,under the cut-out wind,rated wind,bear the load of the platform three different conditions,the tower meet the strength requirements when bear the load of the platform,and the deformation of tower within the allowable range.This paper completed the digital prototype on design work of clamping mechanism of maintenance platform,and studies on the whole machine stability when it at top of the tower,and adaptability of tower when bear load of the platform,which promote industrialization process of wind power maintenance platform.
