Nearly 30 years,wind power industry has developed rapidly all over the world.Wind power,as a type of clean energy has become an indispensable force in the field of new energy.As wind turbine generator has larger single unit capacity and more complicated structure,and working conditions become worse,wind turbines generator has increasing failure rate.The shortcomings of traditional regular repair and maintenance of wind turbine generators also gradually appear.Besides,Gearbox as an important transmission unit in the wind turbine,the failure rate is high and the failure time is long.For the operation maintenance issue of wind turbine generators,the paper studies the optimization maintenance of draught fan gearbox based on state maintenance strategy state.The main research contents include the following three parts:Firstly,the structure and fault reasons of wind turbine gearbox system are analyzed,and the faults are summarized.On the basis of the classification of fault types,the fault tree model of wind turbine gearbox was established by FTA method,and the model was evaluated.The results show that the failure of gears,shafts and bearings is the main reason for the failure of gearbox,which is the weak link in the operation of gearbox system.Secondly,on the basis of the paper proposes a maintenance strategy model based on state maintenance strategy.Next,by combining with the previous faults and condition monitoring parameters of the system,the reliability model of the state maintenance based on proportional hazard model was established.Besides,the reliability of the system was analyzed.Then,with the maximum reliability of the system as the decision-making aim,the model parameters were solved.The maintenance decision-making curve is obtained and maintenance decisions are made.Finally,on the basis of he weak links in the gearbox system and the state maintenance of wind turbine gearbox,the co-movement of multiple components maintenance is taken into account,and the maintenance strategy of the model is optimized,mainly including reliability threshold optimization,maintenance cost model optimization,and maintenance decision-making method optimization.Based on the support system reliability,when a component in gear box system needs state maintenance downtime maintenance,other components maintenance is considered so as to avoid the loss caused by excessive downtime and the waste of manpower and material resources,and achieve the purpose of reduce the maintenance cost.Finally,it is validated the model is reasonable through an example,because it can not only guarantee the system reliability,but also make effective maintenance decision-making and effectively reduce operation maintenance costs of wind turbine generator.
