Study On Mechanical Properties Of Lining Segment's Joint In Shield Tunnel

With the rapid development of our economy,land resources becomes strained,especially in many densely inhabited district,and the exploitation of underground space has become an effective method to alleviate the pressure on the city.As an important method of development of underground space,shield method is gradually being popularized as a kind of safe and efficient construction technology,and applied in more and more situation.At present,shield tunnel design specification is still not mature enough in China,which makes it has great blindness and uncertainty of design of shield lining structure of our country.And the influence of shield tunnel segment joint part of the whole structure of the force can not be ignored.In this paper,through calculation and analysis of mature and finite element method of comparison and analysis of the metro tunnel lining in segment joint part of the stress and strain under different conditions,study with the mechanical properties of the segment joint under different conditions.This thesis starts with the introduction of the research background and the situation of the shield method's development at home and abroad,and briefly narrates shield method's the construction situation and the advantages and disadvantages,introduces domestic and foreign to the segment joint part of the research and the application situation.After the introduction of shield lining and lining joint forms and types,analysis of the different types of advantages and disadvantages,and has carried on the classification and comparison,selected numerical model building.In the specific analysis,this paper deduce some basic data of influence lining stress by using mature calculation method,the numerical was analyzing to determine these values on the whole lining stress influence.After then,use the finite element analysis software to analysis and simulate the stress state of segment joint part.Respectively from the different type of segment joint,the stress of the bolt,the existence of different eccentricity,and other factors which couldn't derived through mature calculation method to simulate and compare,the change of the joint force are analyzed in detail,obtained the changes of the stress joint detail analysis on the differences between the joints under different conditions of stress conditions,and these factors together makes a systematic summary to the analysis judgment,for analysis to determine the conditions which affect the lining of mechanical characteristics.At last,the conclusions are summarized,the influence of Segment joint part to factors on the properties of lining joint are summarized and analyzed,the different forms of segment joints' differences in performance are compared and analyzed,and the deficiency of the simulation and the prospects in the future are described.
