Shield construction is one kind of tunnel construction method of high degree of automation, high efficiency of construction and a small impact on the surrounding environment, with the broad prospects for development in underground engineering, therefore, which is the recommend method of city underground tunnel construction. Segment as a shield tunnel of long-term by the carrier, and the integrity degree of the tunnel will directly affect the lining quality of shield tunnel, therefore, it is necessary to carry on study on segment lining structure design. Based on Beijing subway Line ten two engineering05part Dahongmen station to Jiaomendong station, carrying on a summary and comparison of existing shield tunnel lining structure theory, comparative analysis of several kinds of design model, and choosing the suitable method for the engineering structure design calculation method.Combined with the engineering geological conditions of the tunnel lining structure design, this design adopts water and soil worthwhile method to carry on the computation to receive the load to the structure, using beam-spring model method of analysis, considering joint rigidity influence on segment joint stiffness, using the method of a combination of theoretical calculation and numerical simulation, and using large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS to study section internal force calculation of the design's flat segment, analyzing internal force and deformation distribution law.The load of lining segment in construction stage is relatively complex, at the same time, according to the domestic similar engineering experience, showing that the cracks and extrusion damage usually appear in construction stage, and the integrity degree of the tunnel will directly affect the lining quality of shield tunnel, so it is necessary to hit the research on mechanical behavior of segments in construction stage. This paper continues to use computer simulation analysis method, using three-dimensional finite element method ANSYS to build a10segments of shield tunnel numerical model. Joining in the grouting pressure, thrust force and compression force of shield tail brush in construction stage in the process of computer simulation, analyzing dynamic state different assembling methods and mechanical behavior of lining structure in construction stage, so getting effect of the assembly mode, grouting pressure and thrust force on mechanical behavior of segment lining in construction stage.In the end, according to the project, this paper introduces the main factors of influence on shield in construction stage,the wedge ring design and lining assembly point of the research, combined with the engineering, segment selection in the tunnel curve on this project is studied and analyzed, based on the design of the wedge ring and the research of lining assembly point, and combined with examples, preliminary establishing a common manual selection method of shield tunnel, for reference, so as to guide the engineering practice.Figure35table13references57...
