Extruded polystyrene foam plastic(XPS)is developed in the 1960 s a new thermal insulation material,the preparation process is to polystyrene resin,foaming agent and related auxiliaries through continuous extrusion foaming molding,extrusion machine because of the closed-cell foam structure,so its comprehensive performance is very excellent,such as thermal insulation performance,durable;Higher compression strength,get the extensive application in many fields,mainly including:wall heat preservation,upside-down roofing insulation,steel structure roofing heat preservation,cold storage insulation,floor heating system,composite duct,caigang sandwich board,highway roadbed,railway subgrade,parking decks,etc.,of which the most widely used on the wall heat preservation.Although have good insulation and high strength and doing occupied more and more proportion of external thermal insulation material.But because there are a material performance is not stable in the engineering construction measures,construction technology is not standard,unreasonable problems of cracking in the external thermal insulation engineering completed phenomenon is relatively common,cracking degree is more severe.Especially in the northeast cold areas such as cracking is more serious.Due to its direct consequence is to reduce the integrity of wall,insulation resistance,durability,not only to meet the energy requirements,will also affect the service life of buildings,but also greatly influenced its engineering application prospects.But XPS plate external thermal insulation technology cracking technology is still lack of systematic study,and the corresponding construction measures,construction technology,construction inspection technology and related technical standards more scarce,and hard to ensure the engineering quality.So the XPS plate crack technology especially in cold region of external thermal insulation technology anti-crack technology research and development is urgently needed.Temperature stress is the main stress of XPS board exterior wall insulation system,the main research content of this article is the shenyang area XPS plate under the action of an external thermal insulation system in the environmental temperature difference numerical study.Through the adhesive in the same area and same heat preservation system under the boundary conditions of different layer thickness,material properties,XPS insulation board thickness of three different cases analysis stress more reasonable structure form.Through the analysis of the temperature stress under the different temperature,make the XPS board exterior insulation system in the external wall thermal insulation system more widely application.This paper using ABAQUS finite element software for simulating XPS board exterior insulation system,and the main research contents as follows:1.More than XPS board without seam,for polystyrene powder particles on the surface,the thickness of the powder particles on the surface,is divided into 5 mm and 10 mm,15 mm,20 mm,flexible simulation of four kinds of situation.2.More than XPS board without seam,for polymer anti-crack mortar on the surface,the surface mortar thickness is different,divided into 4 mm,5 mm,6 mm,7 mm,to simulate the four types of elasticity.3.More than XPS board without seam,the surface of polymer mortar,polystyrene powder particles respectively,XPS plate thickness is different,divided into 50 mm,60 mm,70 mm,80 mm and 90 mm,flexible simulation of ten kinds of situation.4.More than XPS board slotting 5 mm,the surface of polystyrene powder particles,powder particles on the surface thickness is different,divided into 5 mm and 10 mm,15 mm,20 mm,flexible simulation of four kinds of situation.5.More than XPS board slotting 5 mm,for polymer anti-crack mortar on the surface,the surface mortar thickness is different,divided into 4 mm,5 mm,6 mm,7 mm,to simulate the four types of elasticity.6.More than XPS board slotting 5 mm,the surface layer of polymer mortar,polystyrene powder particles respectively,XPS plate thickness is different,divided into 50 mm,60 mm,70 mm,80 mm and 90 mm elastic simulation of ten kinds of situation.
