Study On Quality Control Of Exterior Wall Thermal Insulation System

Based on the analysis of several common exterior wall insulation systems in the current market,this paper puts forward some corresponding solutions,preventive measures,management systems and pertinent countermeasures according to some existing problems.The quality of exterior insulation project has always been an important part of building energy efficiency.For the purpose of quality control,there are strict standards in every step,from the choice of materials to the construction management.Although exterior insulation system technology has become more mature,the quality of control has a long way to develop.The quality of external insulation materials are quite different,so it has an deep impact on overall performance.In the analysis of commonly used thermal insulation materials,first comes the influence of thickness of the materials on main structures and the relationships between overall materials and specific quality requirements.In addition,other materials used in the system,such as adhesive mortar,fiberglass mesh,mechanical anchors are also carried out after a simple analysis of the quality requirements.In order to improve the construction process of external wall insulation system,the paper introduces the composition and structure of the whole system,the process of construction technology,and emphasis of construction technology.After summing up the factors for quality of the system in the previous project,solutions are proposed to avoid such problems.In the construction process,workers should strictly implement the technical management regulations.All levels of jobs are responsible for the system.Qualified drawings,technical specifications,standards for construction,construction monitoring,detailed nodes,and protection of finished product are required.To meet the requirements of the quality control and energy saving standards in the external wall insulation construction process,evaluation system is established.Based on the analysis of construction organizations,existing problems and cases,the paper puts forward feasible management methods and relevant measures.Continuously,the quality of exterior wall insulation construction management level is improved,so that the building can achieve the expected energy saving effects which play a role in energy conservation.Based on the analysis of basic theory and method,combined with the example ofQiqihar residential building,the paper show a detailed introduction from material selection,construction process,construction method,construction organization plan to control the quality of exterior wall external insulation.With the quality management method called TQM,the factors and problems in engineering construction are analyzed and studied.
