With the development of science and technology,the power electronic switching devices are widely used in every corner of life,But the electric power line have many nonlinear load,This will produce reactive power and active power,the circuit of frequency is closely related with the active power,but we can adjust the frequency of the line through the primary frequency modulation,but the line of reactive power is affecting active loss,and the reactive power loss is much greater than active loss on line,so when the reactive power compensation technology turns up,the solution is using hierarchical partitioning and on-site compensation principle in order to compensate the reactive power loss.Nowadays under the context of incredible development of electronic switching device,the static reactive power generator SVG is famous for fast response and low loss adventages,and we need to use single phase compensation when asymmetric three-phase load phenomenon appears in low voltage lines.Now the power of electric locomotive traction technology and electric railway power supply technology which is the most used one of the single-phase SVG,the load of all of these things is not only the inductance load,but also the low electrical level,the single-phase SVG can meet the requirements on the occasion,and the three-phase SVG composes of Single-phase SVG to some extent.The main focus of this paper is to solve the problem of the voltage distortion,and the solution is through the instantaneous reactive power theory in single-phase transformer three-phase reactive current to detect the load side,Analyzing many construction process is to find a good result,and adopt the single-stage multiplier SPWM to control PWM inverter,analyzing the third harmonic of direct current side active current on the PWM inverter,in two kinds of control strategy selection,the direct control can be adopted by the faster reaction rate.Finally,a simulation model of SVG system is built by MATLAB to verify the simulation and experimental.it is observed that the single phase SVG has a very good effect on the reactive power of the line regulation...
