Although the priority development of public transport has become the consensus of the majority of city traffic development strategy, the service level of BRT still need a great promotion, therefore it is an urgent problem to explore how to improve the comprehensive service level of public transportation. Only by analyzing all aspects of the operation of the bus in-depth and considering the impact of dynamic factors of service level in the same time, it can fundamentally improve the level of service, so as to effectively improve the city travel structure, alleviate the traffic pressure.In this paper, the BRT buses which are running on the interference free bus lane is taken as the object of study, to enhance the comprehensive service level of BRT operation (reliability, stability and efficiency),a multi-objective optimization model of bus rapid transit is established, by using NSGA? and AHP methods, the optimization model can give the drivers a suggested speed value and run time. This paper selects Jinan BRT1 line Shengchanlubeikou to the Sankongqiao as the measure unit to make an optimized analysis, the main contents of this paper are as follows:First of all, the running link of BRT vehicle is analyzed in detail, including three parts: stopping process, stopping station - intersection operation process and intersection - stop station operation process. This paper emphatically analyzes the process in the bus stop to the intersection. According to the relationship between the door closing time Tc and signal cycle of BRT vehicle, the state of the vehicles arrive at the intersection can be divided into three types: adjustment zone, red light district,green zone, the optimizations of different zone operations are also different.Secondly,this paper establishes a multi-objective optimization model of BRT based on NSGA ? algorithm and analytic hierarchy process. Due to the multi-objective evolutionary algorithm NSGA ? can only select the set of the optimal solution,this paper introduces the analytic hierarchy process (AHP),which can effectively select the optimal solution from the optimal solution set as the optimization value. The case analysis shows that the model can improve the service level of BRT and reduce the number of vehicles at the intersection effectively at the same time.Finally, this paper proposes the corresponding BRT operation optimization strategy. According to the current situation of Jinan BRT1 line operation, combined with the optimization model of ideas and case analysis, found the problem, put forward the corresponding control strategy, to ensure that the Jinan BRT system can be Integrated designed systematically, it can improve the service level to the maximum extent, so as to improve the attractiveness of rapid transit.
