Disputes are considered inevitable in construction projects and the process of dealing with the disputes is complicated. It is of great significance to study the dynamic game process of the two parties in the dispute negotiation.Based on the multi-agent system theory and dynamic game theory, this paper composes a claim negotiation model for the bilateral learning between contractor and owner using the fuzzy Bayesian learning mechanism. In addition, this paper takes into account hidden cost that are easily overlooked in the negotiation model, which makes the negotiation model closer to reality. The main innovative work is as follow:Firstly,in this paper, when using the learning effects in the negotiation process,it is considered that there are not only randomness but also fuzziness when predicting the retentive price of the other side. The Bayesian prior probability is amended by using triangular fuzzy numbers and alpha cut set technique, which makes the prediction results of reservation price more reasonable. At the same time, the negotiation belief, the utility function and the dynamic change process of the other party's reservation price in the process of negotiation are simulated.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing the transaction cost of claim negotiation, pay attention to the impact of hidden cost on the degree of the patience of negotiators. This paper uses discount factor to express the participant's degree of patience and constructs the index system which affects the patience degree of participant's.Thirdly,in the process of determining the discount factor and analyzing the influencing factors of hidden cost, people are prone to hesitation. Therefore, the intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the discount factor, which makes the results more realistic. At last, this paper tests the feasibility and validity of this negotiation model with an actual engineering. The result of the research can provides some reference and guidance for the participants involved in the process of the construction dispute negotiation.
