Research On Transaction Cost Of IPD Model Construction Project

Construction in our country play a more and more important role in the national economy,but as the scale of construction project is more and more big,the technical project complexity is becoming more and more high,the traditional model DBB already can't satisfy the requirements of the existing project management,schedule delay,cost overruns phenomenon such as mount.IPD model offers a new way to solve these problems,some of the items that are in a foreign country,confirmed the IPD is achieved to shorten the project cycle and project cost savings have certain effect,IPD mode abroad,under the promotion of our country also gradually began to focus on the IPD mode.However,the IPD model is still in the development stage and has not been widely used,especially in China.It is still doubtful about the applicability of the IPD model,and the IPD model is too idealistic.The reason is that the construction industry has not understood the IPD model deeply enough,and it is not clear about the possible advantages of its economy and the implementation conditions.This thesis will study the IPD mode from the perspective of economy,with the help of the transaction cost related theory,combining the characteristics of the IPD mode,from the perspective of qualitative and quantitative two IPD mode of construction project transaction costs for research.First of all,the qualitative analysis of the IPD mode of construction project transaction cost,the construction project of the IPD mode of transaction costs influence factors and formation mechanism,and on this basis,establish the IPD mode of construction project transaction cost model,from the perspective of quantitative analysis of the IPD mode of construction project transaction costs,and compared with traditional DBB model under transaction costs,it is concluded that the implementation of IPD model boundary conditions.Mathematical model analysis results show that the IPD model benefit sharing incentive coefficient should be within a certain range,and can ensure the IPD mode with the traditional construction project transaction cost model is small,and the IPD model benefit sharing incentive coefficient has the optimal value,gives the IPD mode construction engineering cost minimum,benefit sharing should be carried out according to the actual circumstance of the project construction enterprise incentive coefficient of determination.At the same time,in terms of transaction costs,the IPD mode suitable for larger projects,the project team management level higher project,namely the implementation of IPD mode is limited by the project scale and the limitation of the project team management level.Accordingly,in this thesis,the obstacles to the implementation of the IPD model is obtained,and put forward the IPD model implementation countermeasures,in order to promote the implementation of IPD mode and the promotion,reduce construction waste of resources,improve the level of construction project management.
