| Automobile suspension is a general name for the device to transfer the force between the body and the wheel.The elastic element as a part of the suspension of the car,mainly used to bear and transfer the vertical load,impact load caused by uneven pavement to ease the body;in addition,also improve vehicle ride comfort with damping and buffering effect.Because of its simple structure,low cost,easy manufacture,repair and maintenance,the steel plate spring is widely used.Commercial passenger car is a new development model of a certain automobile manufacturing enterprise.The car driving in general speed range,can ensure that the front passenger not because of vibration and the feeling of the body and cause discomfort and fatigue,but the back of the ride comfort is not ideal,some car rear seat passengers found comfort is poor,the spring stiffness is too big,show the ride comfort is poor.At the same time,after the durability test of the steel plate spring break,it was found that the top of the leaf spring buffer block is almost no effect,also showed that the spring has just passed.In this paper,a commercial bus rear suspension system in the four leaf springs,in order to improve the ride comfort of the bus,the paper uses the method of experimental study.The first four leaf spring stiffness load test,static loading test and stress driving stress measurement test,stiffness,strength and stress data obtained in spring;secondly,through the analysis and processing of the test data,after verification of the leaf spring is the main reason causing car smooth poor finally,the paper will also be on;spring corresponding analysis,test and design improvement,design and simulation test is calculated by the finite element method. |
