How to effectively balance development and energy consumption is a question of time,in the era of information background,green building and intelligent building has become the development trend of the construction,’green’ has become a kind of idea,and ’smart’ is a means.In the green building,the intelligent building needs to apply the control theory,communication technology and architectural design knowledge,to achieve the system detection and control including indoor environment,household equipment and irrigation system.So this article studies the main content includes the following aspects:Conduct site inspection of the green building experiment room,according to the actual situation,draw up the scheme of control system hardware equipment,including the layout of the sensors,the ZigBee module installation location,and the distribution of the actuator.To ensure the collection of information is more comprehensive,the best way of data transmission,effective control strategy.Through the analysis to determine the reasonable layout scheme of hardware equipment,for the effective implementation of the green building intelligent control system to lay the foundation.The system uses Kingview software combined with wireless sensor network established by ZigBee technology to complete the communication task,communication protocol adopts the Modbus-RTU protocol,the data collected by each sensor is transmitted to PC for display and data storage,it can achieve the switch control of lamps,curtains,fresh air system,humidifier and other equipment,that through the RS485 bus control the corresponding relay on and off.According to the actual situation and related literates,making effective control strategy,which for the light,curtain,humidifier,fresh air system use threshold control strategy;For irrigation system,adopt manual control,timing control and automatic control of three kinds of control mode;For temperature control to adopt fuzzy control strategy of PID control algorithm,and simulated in MATLAB implementation.The hardware and software of green building intelligent control system are tested to verify its feasibility,The results show that the design of the intelligent control system by DHT11,DS18B20,ARN-G2,SM6070 and other high precision sensors is realized with the indoor air temperature and humidity,floor heating temperature,indoor light intensity and CO2 concentration,concentration of PM2.5,formaldehyde,domestic water and electricity consumption information collection and the switch control of lighting,curtain,humidifier,air system and other household equipment,basically meet the requirement of the design for the green intelligent building control system.
