As China’s social economic development and The Belt and Road strategy to promote, infrastructure construction is developing with hitherto unknown speed, road is an important segment which provides convenience for people’s daily life and social sustainable development. However,in recent years, destructive earthquakes occur frequently in China, resulting in a large number of casualties and property losses.Due to the importance of its function and fragility in earthquake, the traffic network is easy to be damaged and make great influence in the earthquake, the traffic system damage and traffic surge have brought great difficulties to casualties and transfer relief supplies. In the post disaster rescue, the traffic system is not only the passageway for the transportation of relief materials, but also an important guarantee for the rescue of the wounded and the masses. Therefore,it is of great significance to provide the optimal path at the first time after the disaster.Owing to the great changes of road conditions after the earthquake, how to provide suggestions for the optimal path of emergency decision-making according to the needs of post disaster damage, considering the road, path capacity and the passage of time and other factors,is always a hot issue of research.1.Summarizes and analyzes the typical traffic facilities damage and the actual situation after the earthquake emergency rescue problems and research status in this field, including the optimal path model and calculation method, the network repair scheduling of the affected sections of road network and its resilience evaluation, put forward the necessity of this research.2.The optimal path of the existing evaluation model, like the maximum capacity path, shortest path, shortest time path are discussed. And then,to maximize the amount of transport within the period as the goal, considering the path capacity, traffic time, road damage effect on capacity and vehicle speed and road repair time, using Dijkstra algorithm and depth first search algorithm, proposes a new optimal path-the maximum traffic path.At the same time, the maintenance scheduling is proposed.3.Introduce the definition of the road network resilience and its mathematical model, then connect the network recovery path with the function of post disaster by constructing the network function, and considering the actual demand of emergency materials transportation, puts forward the evaluation method for resilience of the traffic network.Taking a city road network as an example, various optimal path models are analyzed and compared, and the differences of resilience are compared and analyzed according to different research objectives.
